Modeling Shoot

Here are the pictures from the “Secret Workshop” photo shoot last June. It was way fun but kind of stressful, due to Joni mood that day. We got the CD back from most of the photographers and the picture of Joni explains the day she was having. On the other hand Aubry came alive. She was dancing, singing, and we got so many pictures of her. This one is my favorite of her.
This was the shoot that started Jenni Jackson Clothing. Thanks Jean for asking me to bring my girls to the shoot. I got more advertising that day than I could have drummed up in a year!

Michigan in the Fall

Aubry is getting so big and has a very determined personality. She is crazy, spunky, and makes us all LAUGH...and sometimes cry. All those times Joni was mean to her when she was little is coming back 10 fold!!! She really picked up on Joni's small biting obsession.

Joni and Aubry really are BeSt FrIeNdS! They have so much fun playing dress-ups, school, house, and their favorite... sliding down the stairs (Thanks Smith Boys!!!)

Joni has grown so much this year. She is in preschool two days a week and LOVES her teacher Ms. Lovell. She talks about her letters all week and is awesome at cleaning up her messes. She even told me the other day, "Mom we can't go up stairs until we clean up our mess!"
She loves to dance to the "Imagination Movers and Momma Mia!"

I can’t believe that I am actually a business owner! I come from a long line of entrepreneurs but I never thought I would have my own business. It has all happened so dang fast I am still just like…what in the heck is going on. Several things have been placed on hold in my life like, a perfectly clean house, every article of clothing ironed, and exercise. I have made over 50 dresses in the past two months and I love every minute. ! I have always been matchy matchy but my eye’s have been opened to a world where the crazier the betterJ
I love sewing and especially the designing. One of my favorite things is after I finish a new design I put it on one of the girls and seeing it in action. This is usually where I decided if I like it or not. My girls are the best! They have been poked with a few pins so every time they put on any clothes…pjs, underwear, etc they ask, “Mom, does this have pins?” It totally cracks me up. I have to make a sample dress of all the dresses I am going to sale so my girls each have so many dresses. They are also my best advertisement so they have to wear them any time we go anywhere. I had sold several just by having the girls wear them.
